I wrote this in one of the feedback forms that I filled out today, but I want to say it again to you...
 
I showed 20 homes to clients on Saturday, and 15 of them were in East Point.  Many of the homes in the area that were described as "renovations" had little more than a fresh coat of paint on the walls!  Although my clients are not looking solely at renovated houses, they were somewhat disappointed (as was I) when they saw these homes. 
 
Then I showed them some of your listings...and I smiled every time I walked into one.  This was more like it!  After having looked at homes in Kirkwood and having been discouraged by the prices there, my clients, also, were pleased to see the same kind of quality renovations in East Point as they had seen in Decatur.  Three of your listings are in my clients' "Top 4" for that day.
 
You are definitely setting the standard in East Point, and in the future, your listings will be at the top of my list when I show homes in the area!

We Are Moving and Would Like to Sell Our Home

One evening we received an email stating "My wife and I are selling our 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in Lavista Park." At the time the home was listed FSBO. I quickly responded to Brad, because we had a buyer very interested in moving into that neighborhood. Upon our meeting the prospective buyer looked around while Brad and I chatted. So it was Brad and his wife listed their home with us and within 3 weeks time we had a full price offer for them. They were thrilled; it allowed them to pursue their new jobs in a new city. I just received an email from them thanking us for making the sale of their home and their move so easy. The quote was "You certainly can use us as a success story. We really did enjoy working with everyone at Bo Bridgeport. Life in Pennsylvania is great but we do miss Atlanta."
