We’re here to help you find your dream home, and when it comes to viewing homes, the sky’s the limit.  As your agent, we’ll work for you, showing you homes listed by any other brokers in the area, homes and lots in new developments, and “For Sale by Owner” homes. 

We’ll keep our eyes and ears open for anything that fits your criteria, but if you discover something that you’d like to see, give us a call.  We’ll get all the details and make arrangements to show you the property.

If you’re driving along and see an interesting property with a For Sale sign in the yard, just let us know.  Whether it’s a listing with a different broker or a For Sale by Owner, we’ll get the facts and report back to you.  If you’d like to view the home, we’ll set up the appointment and go through it with you.

Word of mouth
Sometimes you’ll hear about a home for sale.  If you think you might like it, give us a call.  We’ll research it for you and find out everything you need to know.

Ads in the paper or online
Perhaps you’ll see an interesting ad in the paper or online.  No problem.  Circle the ad, drop it off at our office, and we’ll be on the case, asking the right questions to get the information you need to determine if you want to pursue it.  If so, we’ll make the arrangements for you.

Open House
We’ll accompany you to any open houses you’d like to visit.  If you go without us, please sign in with the Bo Bridgeport name after yours or don’t sign in at all.  This ensures that the sellers know you’re working with us so we can better help you communicate with them.

New Construction
Ah, the smell of freshly cut wood, new paint, and gleaming kitchens.  New construction projects are always exciting to tour, and if you decide you’d like to see a new development, let us make the arrangements for you.  We’ll need to accompany you on your initial visit so that the builder knows you’re our client.  We’ll work closely with you and the builder to make sure you get all the service you deserve.
